A Story of
Light & Purpose

For nearly fifteen years, I have photographed people at the beginning of something new.

Weddings have always fascinated me for that reason. They are more than beautiful rooms, carefully chosen details, or a single extraordinary day. They are a declaration that two people have chosen to move forward together, to build a life, create a family, love one another faithfully, and believe in what comes next.

Over time, I came to understand that same idea in my own life.

In 2024, my faith became the foundation beneath everything else: the way I want to live, the father I want to be, the relationships I want to nurture, and the kind of work I want to create. Lux28 grew from that perspective.

The most beautiful part of a story is not always where it has been. Sometimes it is where it is being called to go.

The name is rooted in Matthew 28:19 and the idea of being sent forward with purpose. And its language of light is inseparable from John 8:12, a reminder of the light that guides the way forward.

That is what I want my photographs to hold.

Not simply what your wedding looked like, but what it meant: the people who surrounded you, the promises you made, the joy you felt, and the beginning of the life you chose together.

Lux28 is photography rooted in faith, family, love, and the beautiful possibility of what comes next.
